Convert the symbols of the encoded text into Morse code. Turn the dashes to ones. Parse the 0s and 1s into sequences of 5 binary digits. Convert to decimal. Convert to plaintext using 1=A, 2=B, etc THEREPORTOFMYDEATHWASANEXAGGERATION The report of my death was an exaggeration.
