Each of the two questions furnished hereunder is encrypted using a different (but similar) method.

What is the answer to each question?

Part-1:
Reading each of the strings in base-10 and converting them to base-33, we obtain:
"what is the product of four and two?"
Of course the answer is "eight". So, converting (eight)33 to base-10 we obtain: 17267774, which the required answer.

Part-2:
Reading each of the strings in base-10 and converting them to base-36, we obtain:
"what is the product of four and two?"
Of course, the answer is "eight". So converting (eight)36 to base-10, we obtain: 24375809, which is the required answer.
