What are the respective first date and the sixth date in the 21st century such that, when written out in the MM/DD/YY format, each of them gives a Pythagorean triple - with YY denoting the hypotenuse?

First--> 03/04/05 Second --> 04/03/05 Third--> 06/08/10 Fourth--> 08/06/10 Fifth--> 05/12/13 Sixth--> 12/05/13
