"Indonesia" contains the string "one" in order – which describes a number.

What are the other countries and national capitals that contain at least one string (in order) of spelled out form of a number having more than one letter? (Such words also include known mathematical constants like pi, phi, psi etc. Ordinal numbers like first, second, binary, ternary are also admissible.)

*** Plurals are allowed, but abbreviations, acronyms, slangs, or archaic words are not allowed.

*** The countries corresponding to the above list should exclude non-sovereign states, associated states and entities with disputed sovereignty.

 My remark and TD were ignored.

 Still,

I.   "binary" and  "ternary" are adjectives, not ordinal numbers !
ii.  What "admissible" countries have words like first, second, binary, ternary  embedded within their names?
iii.  Same question re: slang.

To demonstrate my disappointment in the approval process
 I react as follows:
a. Refrain from dealing with the "solution".
b. Rate the puzzle 1, since lower rating does not exist.
c. Appeal to all scholars and JR's: respect your TUs, take the voting procedure seriously.
