Determine the word/words with the greatest consonant to vowel ratio.

Notes:
→ No proper nouns, abbreviations/acronyms, slangs, esoteric/archaic words. Also, hyphenated words like A-bomb are NOT permissible.
→ Consider Y as a vowel.
→ The word must have at least one vowel.

Possible solution

Among words with one vowel (not counting Y) the monosyllabic STRENGTHS is the longest. It has a 8:1 ratio.

Each extra vowel would require such a long word that I doubt one exists. It looks like SPENDTHRIFTS is the longest two-vowel word but is only 10:2.
