**** The half-vowel y is not considered as a vowel.
Note: The 4 different vowels are limited to one instance of a given vowel.

The longest possible word that satisfies the given conditions is transgressions(14 letters).
The shortest possible word in conformity with the given conditions is aecium(6 letters).
