Doing an implicit plot in either Wolfram Alpha or Matlab shows a circle going through (-1,0), (-1,1), (0,-1), (0,2), (1,-1), (1,2), (2,0), (2,1), centered on (.5,.5), having a radius sqrt(5/2).
