SEVEN^K = FINANCING

--> 17578^2 = 308986084

and, AFGVKGA = FIVE^K

--> 9345249 = 3057^2

Then, it follows that:

Answer: 912084

--> Answer: "ASKING"

Therefore, the author was just "asking", while posting the question.
