(10a+b)/(10b)= c+a/10+(b/90), (10a+b)/b = 1/9(9a+b+90c)

Noting that 3 and 9 are the factors of 9:

(10a+3)/3 = 1/9 (9a+3+90c)
c = (7a)/30 + 1/15, c has to be 1 for a<10, while a=4

then 43/(31-1)=1.43333

so L=4,M=3,N=1
