The digits of 1010101 can be rearranged to: "1001", "101, and """(nothing)

Now,

1001 in binary representation = 9 in base ten

101 in binary representation = 5 in base ten

(nothing) in binary representation = 0 in base ten.

Accordingly, 1010101 --> 950
