This puzzle is based loosely on the idea used for The Bible Code. In that code the idea is that if you take certain parts of the text and arrange them in a grid, words will appear horizontally, vertically, diagonally, and stair-step diagonally.
In this puzzle, first remove all whitespace and punctuation, then write the letters vertically with each column having 20 letters. The hidden message can be found by reading the words found starting in the first column of lines 1, 6, 11, and 16.
