When tommorrow is yesterday ( Find the answer to this next part and then shift it back 2 days)

Today will be as near to Sunday as 2 days later. this Today means could allow Saturday (It's as close as Monday)

Shifted back 2 days is Thursday... Where did I make my mistake?
