Stick leading zeroes in front.

Then I explain how this is related to the hint I gave earlier. (It wasn't a great hint because it focussed on a minor part of the solution.)

The leading zeroes were something that were an obstacle in the solution (as pid 0149 would simply appear as 149) but if you figured out the next step, this would fall into place.

Notice before letters consisted of 5 binary digits. You know the answer consists of 4 letters. So if only you could find 20 binary digits around here somewhere
