Both (4,5,6) and (-4,-5,-6) will satisfy the requirements of this puzzle.

4,5,6 are consecutive
(4*5*6)/4 = 30; (4*5*6)/5 = 24; (4*5*6)/6 = 20
30+24+20 = 74

-4,-5,-6 are consecutive
(-4*-5*-6)/-4 = 30; (-4*-5*-6)/-5 = 24; (-4*-5*-6)/-6 = 20;
30+24+20 = 74
