If you are asking for the log2(log2(x)), then start by writing x=2^(2^p)), for then the answer will be p.

2^(2^(2^p)) should equal 2^(2^p))^(2^65520), so 2^(2^p) should equal 2^(p.2 ^65520), so 2^p should equal p.2^65520, which gives p=16.
