My clock has several moving parts: the three hands and gears inside of it. What clock has the least moving parts? What clock has the most?

LEAST MOVING PARTS:

Sundial, since it has no moving parts

MOST MOVING PARTS:

Hourglass, since it has the sand grains, holding vessel, and end cap each of which is a moving part.

However, Biological/Circadian clock is a good alternative answer.
