Insertion of the string "and" between the first and second letter of each word inclusive of the given sequence, generate valid words.

Accordingly, we have:

CLE -> CANDLE

SAL -> SANDAL

LED -> LANDED

PA -> PANDA

VAL -> VANDAL

WS -> WANDS

CY -> CANDY

HS -> HANDS

WER -> WANDER
