The polynomial P(y) is given by P(y) = yt + 5yt-1 + 3, where t is a positive integer ≥2.

Prove that P(y) cannot be expressed as the product of two non constant polynomials Q(y) and R(y) with each of Q(y) and R(y) having integer coefficients.
