Yes, 'YOU' should be regarded as prime, unlike SHE, which isn't prime.  In hindsight, I wrestled with Riddles as the appropriate category for this, since there is an aspect of decoding involved, but there's also a bit more than strictly playing with the numbers needed to be able to answer the question.  Placing this in some other possible categories might have been a real giveaway, and it did survive the queue as is, but I'm inclined to suggest you could really consider this one to be 'General' as well, with my apologies for causing any confusion.

Hint:  As Gamer suggests, the key is indeed determining the significance behind the capitalized letters/words as they relate to something (not surprisingly) in the title.
