Create the number 24 using only these numbers once each: 3, 3, 7, 7. You may use only the rules of addition, multiplication and division.

No... because of order of operations (multiplication comes before addition)... so:
your "3/7 + 3 * 7" is equivalent to 3/7 + (3*7) which is not 24.
The fact that, if I enter the numbers and operators into the calculator in that order, I may get 24 is a different issue.
