Assume there are approximately 5,000,000,000 people on earth. What would you estimate to be the result, if you multiply together the number of fingers on every person's left hands?

Now, unless I"m wrong, the problem asks for fingers, so wouldn't the problem have something to do with 4 instead of 5? Most people (taking into account the one person who won't have any) have 4 fingers and 1 thumb therefore, 4 fingers
