I don't think that qualifies as a sentence.


A little Googling give us some examples of what's intended, such as "Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo", meaning that bisons from the city of Buffalo intimidate other bisons.

Or "Police police police police" where the entire police force is policing its own internal investigations group, aka the police police.
