Erase a single letter in one of the title's words.

Using each of the remaining letters at least once and nothing else create a well-known 4-word elocution practice phrase.

At first I though the phrase would have only 8 letters total.  Then I realized that would also give at most two vowels.  That would make four words rather impossible.

Why the extra W I'm not sure but the phrase

HOW NOW BROWN COW 

uses all but the E and the remaining letters at least once.
