What "holiday" is celebrated by eating root vegetables cut into shapes with square cross-sections?

The nice thing about this "holiday" for math nerds is that, because the month and date are always the same, it can be celebrated internationally -- unlike, say, Pi Day (March 14th), which can be properly acknowledged only in countries that use American notation.
