Can the omnipotent God create a stone which he(she?) him(her?)self Cannot carry?

ummm.....actually, gravity itself is being debated right now. suppose that the sun suddenly disappeared. it would take about 8 minutes for the light from the sun to reach us. this means that it would take us 8 minutes to see the sun disappear. but what about gravity? does gravity travel faster than light? would we be knocked off of our orbit instantly, before we saw the sun disappear? or does it take gravity a bit of time to get there? or is gravity a warp in time?
