What is the only word in the English language that when capitalized is changed from a noun or a verb to a nationality?

I very much agree with your point there Tristan. Yet when you
look at the riddle, it says "noun OR a verb." With that in
consideration, china, (china plate), would work as the noun. As
far as the nationality however, it has occured to me that we would say
Chinese as the nationality, not China. Therefore- I agree that so
far Polish has been the best answer. ;)
