3. The painting of Art next to a windmill is done either in acrylics or tempera paints.
4. Art's hang gliding picture and the one done in tempera paints are in different rows.
5. The painting of Art surfing (which is not done in acrylics) is above the watercolor.

Row to me means horizontal.  But I happen to work in the Japanese semiconductor industry and I know on the furnaces I work on a row can be vertical. So it may depend on where you are from.
