That's very ironic.

See, here I was, trying to manipulate the picture as I did Sam's "Noisy code," when I realized that MS paint simply can't do very much to manipulate colors other than inverting them.  Being somewhat resourceful yet lacking the resources, I copied this picture onto Winamp's AVS (the very same tool I used to make my avatar).  In AVS I could manipulate colors with a little programing (eg red=0, green=0).  When I gave up and read the comments, I realized what I should have done is actually play the picture in Winamp itself.  I was so close!
