What time is it if the second hand is exactly on a second mark, and exactly 18 second marks ahead of the hour hand?

Actually that was my point. Not that I had solved it, but that it was faster to just solve it than to program a computer to search the possibilities.

Charlie knows (I hope) that I am impressed with his computer answers most of the time, but this one allowed me to gently rib him for over-relying on the computer.
