'THIRD' came in one place after 'FIRST'.
'FOURTH' was not second.

Let the first fifth positions are denoted by P1,P2,P3,P4 and P5.
Then the required order would be given by:
First Horse: P4
Second Horse: P2
Third Horse: P5
Fourth Horse: P1
Fifth Horse: P3
