Which Biblical figure? (Posted on 2006-04-12) Difficulty: 3 of 5
To which Biblical figure does this encoded passage refer, and how does the code itself illustrate the sentence?

Ugd uc00 s000uwba 000absva cdi.

Hint #1: The zeros are zeros, not capital o’s.
Hint #2: In the first word only, “u” denotes “t”

Holy Moses!
I have only partially deciphered the text. That is, I have not yet grapsed an understanding how the code illustrates the sentence. Anyone know the pattern?
  U   -1   T
  g   +1   h
  d   +1   e

  u   -2   s
  c   +2   e
 00   +2   a

  s   -3   p
000   +3   a
  u   -3   r
  w   -3   t
  b   +3   e
  a   +3   d

000   +4   b
  a   +4   e
  b   +4   f
  s   -4   o
  v   -4   r
  a   +4   e

  c   +5   h
  d   +5   i
  i   +4   m  <-- Is this an error?
