My clock has several moving parts: the three hands and gears inside of it. What clock has the least moving parts? What clock has the most?

But our biological clock has only a few moving parts, or possibly none at all. Our biological clock is not our body... it's whatever part of our body is responsible for keeping track of time, like our brain or something (I'm no anatomy major).
And for clarity, an hourglass only has the grains of sand as moving parts, because the other things don't move.
