How many times per day, and at what time(s) do the hour and minute hands on a clock form EXACTLY a 60 degree angle?

Indeed, the hands would have to do quantum tunneling in order to avoid going through all intervening angles as they progress from just under 60 degrees to just over 60 degrees or vice versa on each relative revolotion of one hand with regard to the other.
Even on a clock that makes definite jumps every second, each hand must take a finite time to move from one position to the next, and in this finite time period at some instant the angle must be 60 degrees, at near the appropriately calculated time.
