Number the corners of a cube from 1 to 8, so that the sum of the four corners of every face is the same.

My solution may be similar to prev...but it is also correct...

Put (8, 4) (3, 7)  (6, 2)  (5,  1) at the opposite side

with 1, 2 and 3 are the adjacent corners of corner number 8
