Let x be the sum of its digits and y the sum of the digits of x.
Find z, sum of the digits of y .

maximum value of y

x, as previously noted, is between 9 and 18099
y, however, can be as high as 36, if x = 9999. Previous posts do not mention any y values greater than 27.
This does not change z, which still must be 9.
