Yet, SMM is not Samarium and NDM is not Neodymium, though. Samarium would be SMRM and Neodymium would be NDMM. SMM is Osmium and NDM is Indium; and RDM can be either Radium or Iridium (except that Broll appears to have listed the vowelless names in atomic number order, in which case Radium is the RDM following Lead [LD]). Another 'ambiguous' truncation that could occur is CRM. CRM can be either Cerium or Curium.

Given the order of the Broll's list being in atomic order, the missing member would be no earlier than the 89th element, thus I shall offer FLRVM as a solution. (CRBN, which would be Carbon, is the 12th element, thus it would not be the next in sequence).

Excluding the temporarily named synthetic elements, such as Ununtrium, the following is a list of the vowelless chemical element names and their corresponding chemical element names:
