solution Comment 2 of 2 |
a - 4 = 9^1/3 - 3^1/3 - 3 = 3^1/3(3^1/3 - 1 - 3^2/3) = 3^1/3(-a)

and (3^1/3(a)/a)^6 = 3^2 = 9.
