Find the smallest value of hexadecimal positive integer N which becomes 4*N when the last digit of N is moved to be the first. For example, turning (2345)16 into (5234)16. How about 2*N? 7*N? 8*N?

Seeing you already posted, I thought you may have the answers to 7*N and 8*N. I do not know what the solution for 7*N is, but I see why you did not find the solution for 8*N, as your upper limit for V is 1000000, when the solution is higher.
2*1084216 = 2480116 = 49505
4*10416 = 40116 = 260
7* ???
8*102040816 = 810204016 = 135274560
