 Solve:

x^2 + 2yz+ 5x = 2
y^2 + 2zx+ 5y = 2
z^2 + 2xy+ 5z = 2

Pen and paper only, please.

Before anybody objects, I want to go on record as liking all of Brian's triplets.  Nothing in the text of the problem requires integer solutions.  The title has the word integer in it, but the title is gratuitous unless incorporated by reference into the problem, which is not the case here.
