Internet search finds apparently that the title refers to the Hebrew for thousands 0f ten thousands and refers back to Genesis 24:60.
New American Standard 1977 And they blessed Rebekah and said to her, “May you, our sister, Become thousands of ten thousands, And may your descendants possess The gate of those who hate them.”
