Include states (like Alabama), rivers (Angara), mountains (Ararat), cities (Larnaca) etc.

Your entries must appear in reliable dictionary/atlas/database.

I checked this morning, and Austria was the only country whose markup had that special styling on its <td>, so Graz is the only missing city on my latest list.
