To #3, add Hawaii (yes, you only were asked for one, but this is an alternate).
To #5, definitely add North Carolina and South Carolina; Pennsylvania is a problematic case--do the i and the terminal a make separate syllables like the e and the last a in "area"?
Re # 10: Rhode Island and Florida are the only two, verified by computer search.
