Well, the title pretty much gives away what you do. Take the code and separate the numbers like so: 8 3, 13 4 11 2 16 7 4 4 9 23 19 15 4 ? Then, turn "one" into numbers (a=1, b=2, c=3, etc.) Subtract o (15) from the first number, n from the second, e from the third, o from the fourth, etc. Then convert those numbers back to letters, and add 26 for each negative number. You get the sentence: "So, how was your day?"
