You are travelling to point B from point A at a speed of 30mph. You travel back to point A from Point B (taking the same route) at 60mph. What is your average speed?

Your average speed is 40mph. You travel at 30 mph for twice as long as you travel at 60mph, therefore it is 120mph/3, instead of 90/2 |
