Four times. 2:00:00 A.M. 10:00:00 A.M. 2:00:00 P.M. 10:00:00 P.M. Since each second that ticks by, the minute hand moves 1/10 of a degree and the hour hound moves 1/120 of a degree, no other times are quite EXACTLY 60 degrees. It comes pretty close (within a few hundredths of a degree) numerous other times per (24 hour) day but not quite. Of course this all assumes an extremely accurate clock. :-)
