The first letters of the activities spell out "They are found around here somewhere" -- which is rather vague. Other than that, the activities listed have no importance.

In this case "here" refers to the site as a whole. The "times" listed are pid numbers, and the "dates" refer to numbered word there (fourth at 4:45 means the fourth word at pid=445)

As in the previous Song for the Season, you are looking for notes. The words obtained all begin with the letters A-G, and they are the desired notes.

By singing through the song, one can find this is the song "It came upon a midnight clear", which makes sense, since the problems all contain "time" or "clock".
