Tug of War (Posted on 2006-01-27) Difficulty: 2 of 5
Chuck can barely defeat, by himself alone, Sylvester and Steven together.

Sylvester and Chuck are a perfect match for Arnold and Steven.

But if Chuck and Arnold exchange places, Sylvester and Arnold together can decisively beat Chuck and Steven.

Who is stronger, who is weaker?

Arnold is stronger than Chuck is stronger than Sylvester is stronger than Steven

CH <= SY + ST  i.e CH greater than SY or ST

SY + CH = AR + ST i.e AR greater than SY or ST

and AR-CH = SY-ST

SY + AR >> CH + ST

2SY -ST >> ST i.e SY greater than ST

 & AR greater than CH
