Is the following sentence technically true or false?

The sun will rise tomorrow morning.

technically, the sun doesn't rise, does it? the earth rotates on its axis, with different areas of the earth facing the sun at different times. so what looks like the sun "rising" is actually one's personal part of the earth rotating into the sun's light.
