The name of the girl and the location are already figured out.

Forget the displacement of "Av". Itīs only misplaced to allow Lynn under Wood, as I said.

Thus, to complete the address, the only thing missing is the name of the street or the avenue, and the number of the house. You have to "focus" on how a complete address is written.
