Determine the total number of values of a positive integer N having at most four digits such that:

Not at all .
Read my post carefully (there was a typo I've corrected - did not affect the outcome)- and see the detailed count itemized by number of digits.
Both of us assume the same - so we must get the same answers.
Please correct me if I'M WRONG - IMHO this is not the case.
